  • How to verify my account?
    To have unlimited access to the services, identity verification is required. Verifying your account is necessary for your transactions to run smoothly with account ownership. In the upper right corner of the Home page, click on the three horizontal dashes to open the MENU. Click below on Settings, the screen will open with the following information: Ø Account Verification; Ø Transaction PIN; Ø Change Password; Ø 2-Factor Authentication; Ø Access Token. To verify your account, click on the option and follow the steps: Ø Choose a photo document; Ø Take a photo of the front of the document; Ø Take a photo of the back of the document; Ø Take a Selfie holding the document showing your photo; Ø Take a Photo of a recent proof of address. Submit and wait for verification confirmation.
  • How to insert photo in my profile?
    On your account home page, you can view your photo and the ID number of the registered document. To have a picture on your profile, follow the steps: 1. Click on your photo, the "Edit Profile" screen will open; 2. Then, by clicking the "Edit" icon, you can upload your photo; 3. Now your photo will be visible on your profile.

    You receive a PIN number as soon as you complete and validate your account registration.
  • How do I change my password?
    Follow the following steps: 1. Click on the three horizontal dashes to open the MENU; 2. Click on "Settings"; 3. Click "Change Password"; 4. Enter the current password and click Next; 5. Enter the new password and click on register new password.

  • Access Token
    This screen displays your document number, which is your username. And your current Token, generated automatically.
  • How do I complete my personal information in the profile?
    On the Home screen, click your photo and then EDIT PROFILE and complete your personal profile information: Ø Social name Ø Date of birth Ø Fixed telephone Ø Address Then return to your HOME.
  • How to request and activate my SeletoBank card?
    On the PROFILE tab of the MAIN MENU, request and activate your SELETO Card. It is also in the PROFILE tab that you can request a new card if you need to.
  • How do I see my updated account balance?
    On the screen of your Home page, just below the left, there is the information of the balance in your account, and in this same line on the right, you can click to update the balance in the currencies which you have values in your Seleto account.
  • How to view my latest transactions?
    On your Home page, on the bottom line of the balance on the left, you see the LATEST TRANSACTIONS and on the right, click on VIEW MORE; when you click on SEE MORE, you will be redirected to the EXTRACT option. The EXTRACT shows the last transactions, as follows: ALL, IN THE MONTH, FEES, REFUNDS.
  • What are Action-Taking Blocks?
    On your Home page, there are 4 Actions blocks with the following information: DEPOSIT - MAKE PAYMENTS - EXCHANGE CURRENCY - BILLING These blocks are to facilitate the actions you will need to take when you are making transactions in your Seleto account.
  • How to make a deposit?
    Now that you are logged into your SELETO account, on the main screen, the option to make a DEPOSIT is found in two places: In the upper right corner of the three dashes, click and the option will be just below HOME. Or it can be accessed by clicking on the first block on the left of the screen, in the actions menu under Latest transactions.When clicked, the Deposit screen will show the Country and Your Wallet information. By choosing the BRAZIL option, 4 deposit methods are available: Boleto – Click, enter the amount to be deposited, generate the boleto code and make the payment.(The platform will show you what amount deposited, for example R$100.00 will be converted into BTC, MIOTA, LTC, USDT TRON, in addition to ETHEREUM and USDT. The screen will show the actual balance converted into each of these currencies. PIX – The value remains the same.That way, you can know how much your account balance is worth in each of the main cryptocurrencies you decide to make your purchases. Pix – Click and enter the amount to be deposited, click next, click PIX again. So the platform will open a timer with the count of 3 minutes, generating a code to copy and paste, there is also the option in QR Code or pay from the Cryptocurrency wallet. Choose and make payment. (If payment is not made within the allotted time, payment expires automatically). The platform will show what amount deposited, for example R$100.00 will be converted into BTC, MIOTA, LTC, USDT TRON, in addition to ETHEREUM and USDT. That way, you can know how much your account balance is worth in each of the main cryptocurrencies you decide to make your purchases. The screen will show the actual balance converted into each of these currencies. TED – When opting for this transaction, click and enter the deposit amount. The next screen will show the beneficiary's registered account. Confirm the data, make the payment and send the receipt. Check – Click and enter the amount to be deposited, click next, then enter the check clearing date, click next. Submit a photo of the front and back of the Check (header numbers must be legible). CLICK SUBMIT INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS (DEPOSIT) When choosing another country, such as: Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, South Korea, United States, Spain, Emirates, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, the currency conversion will be based on the local currency. Ø Choose the country to which you will make the deposit. Ø Click on the arrow on the right to be redirected to the ADD CREDIT screen. On this screen it is possible to see the current balance, method of addition, name of the chosen country.And the field to enter the amount to be deposited.Enter the value and then click Next.Fill in the bank details for international deposits, fill in and click on the arrow, as in the example below. YOUR WALLET Still on the DEPOSIT screen, by clicking on Your Wallet, you will be able to deposit 3 CRYPTOCURRENCY options: BTC – BITCOIN / ETHEREUM / USDT When choosing to deposit in BTC, only BTC will be accepted as a form of deposit for converting the updated amount. Example: Click on Your Wallet, BTC, enter the amount of BRL 100.00 then NEXT. Wait for the current value of BRL 100.00 to be converted into BTC. This will be the actual balance amount in your account. We accept deposits in ETHEREUM and USDT options. The same R$100.00 will be converted into BTC, MIOTA, LTC, USDT TRON, PIX AND BOLETO, in addition to ETHEREUM and USDT.The screen will show the actual balance converted into each currency.That way, you can know how much your account balance is worth in each of the main cryptocurrencies you decide to make your purchases.
  • How to make payments?
    The second block of actions to take - MAKE PAYMENTS, when clicked, the screen will open the PAYMENT HOME. On the left is the description COUNTRY and on the right is PORTFOLIO.In the wallets are Cryptocurrencies - BTC, ETHEREUM and UDST Choose the country, then choose whether it will be in cash for conversion into the local currency. EXAMPLE:A payment in US Dollars. After choosing the country, enter the amount to be paid. The next screen will show the current Balance and Currency Type of the operation. And the question: Who do you want to transfer $10,000.00 to? Select the payee and make the payment. If you choose to use the balance in your WALLET, payment will be made in the Cryptocurrency of your choice. In the case of Brazil, payment can be made in one of these 4 options: Pix – QR Code or Copy and paste a generated code, make the payment. Transfer– Enter the amount to be paid, click Next, choose the beneficiary, make the payment. Between select accounts – Enter the amount to be paid, proceed, enter the document number of the registered beneficiary, make the payment. Boleto – Insert the billing code to be paid, confirm the data, and make the payment. (There is a 2% transaction fee charged). On this same Payments Home page, you can see the blocks: List of Payees - Click and search Payment Registration (History) - Click and search And the BILLS TO PAY block. When clicked, the screen shows the filters to search the accounts: FILTERS => All – Open – In Month
  • How to register a Favorite?
    If the person or company that will receive the payment is not yet registered in your database. Just below, is the option to register new FAVORITE. Click and intuitively fill in all the information, NAME, PERSON OR COMPANY, BANK DATA, TYPE OF FAVORITE, if customer, supplier, etc. Fill in the form and click next until completing the registration.
  • How do I make and view my charges?
    Finally the last block of the main HOME is: CHARGES Click to be redirected to the next screen. To the right at the bottom of the screen, there is the symbol +(MORE) By clicking, you will be able to create a new charge by searching your database for a Payee. (Bankee = Person or company that will pay the charge).Just create the charge with amount, date and payment method (Boleto, Deposit, Transfer) and send.   • How do I exchange my Cryptocurrencies?
    The next block on the main Home is the CHANGE CURRENCY. By clicking on this option, the screen that will open will be the EXCHANGE screen. CHOOSE THE CURRENCY YOU WANT! Bitcoin - Ethereum - Dollar - Euro EXAMPLE:You clicked on the option to exchange 100 dollars for Brazilian reais. On the next screen CHANGE CURRENCY. It will show the currency chosen for exchange and the current quote for the day. On this screen, enter the amount you want to exchange, in this example, 100 dollars. Click on EXCHANGE, that's it, the exchange is done, already calculating the exchange rate of the day. (The transaction fee for this operation is 3.4%) It works the same way with the other available currencies*
  • How to sell my cryptocurrencies?
